Auctus Industries is an investment firm founded with the aim of building a significant, diversified, highly profitable, global aerospace business over the long‐term.

Auctus was established in January 2014 by Valerio Massimo di Roccasecca, Edward Spencer Churchill, Terry Twigger, and Konstantin Sivohkin.

Auctus sourced and negotiated the off market acquisition of Shimtech Industries (“Shimtech”) in May 2014 for an enterprise value of $220 million, partnered with Inflexion Private Equity in December 2014, and closed in May 2015. The company was subsequently renamed Avantus Aerospace (“Avantus”) in 2020.

Auctus led Avantus’ strategy and execution, including the acquisitions of Fastener Technology Corporation, Fastener Innovation Technology, and California Screw Products. Auctus also oversaw the sale of three non-core manufacturers of composite components.

Auctus re-focused the business as a dedicated global supplier of C-Class parts to the aerospace and defense industries, and helped expand Avantus into a diversified aerospace and defence manufacturing platform.

Avantus now has nine group companies and is headquartered in Los Angeles.
