KONSTANTIN SIVOKHIN
Co-Founder
Konstantin Sivokhin is a Co-Founder of Auctus Industries and a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience across private equity, investment banking and financial advisory.
Since co-founding Auctus, Konstantin has played a leading role in the firm's investment activities, including transaction origination, acquisition execution, financing, strategy development and value-creation initiatives across portfolio companies. He was instrumental in the acquisition of Shimtech Industries, later renamed Avantus Aerospace, a leading manufacturer of highly engineered aerospace and defence components serving customers across North America and Europe.
Konstantin has co-led numerous strategic acquisitions, including Fastener Technology Corporation, Fastener Innovation Technology, and California Screw Products, and led the acquisitions of Shimco North America and Shimco Morocco, helping expand Avantus Aerospace into a diversified aerospace and defence manufacturing platform.
In addition to his investment responsibilities, Konstantin worked closely with management teams on strategic planning, corporate development, operational improvement initiatives and transformational projects. He is known for his hands-on approach to building, scaling and transforming businesses, working alongside management teams to drive growth and long-term value creation.
Prior to co-founding Auctus, Konstantin worked in the transaction advisory practice of KPMG and in the investment banking division of RBC Capital Markets in London, where he advised private equity firms, financial institutions and corporate clients on acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets transactions across Europe and North America.
Konstantin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the International Christian University in Kyiv, Ukraine, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
