Monty joined Auctus Industries in 2020 as an analyst and worked with Auctus portfolio company Avantus Aerospace, supporting the appraisal and transaction of several aerospace and defense acquisitions in the US and Europe, including the acquisitions of Fastener Innovation Technology and California Screw Products.

Alongside Valerio Massimo di Roccasecca, Monty is also part of the founding team of Ventus Industrial Partners, responsible for the origination, evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, alongside portfolio management.

Monty holds a BSc in Economics from University College London.
